Call for papers.

We invite young Russian-speaking researchers to the 16th international conference "Mass Media in the Modern World. Young Researchers” which will be held in St Petersburg, Russia, at the St Petersburg State University, School of Journalism and Mass Communications.

After the conference, the conference proceedings will be published indexed in RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index). Abstracts (no more than 4000 symbols) are to be submitted before 1st of February, 2017.

Being the oldest scientific and educational institution in Russia, St Petersburg State University is traditionally open for young researchers. The conference is aimed at discussing the current problems of journalism, the historical traditions of journalism, and contemporary trends in the media sphere.

This year the conference will include the following events:
