Online course in slideshow storytelling

Beginning journalists can take this free online course held Aug. 4-Sept. 8.

The MulinBlog Online J-School is offering an online course designed for those seeking to produce engaging visual stories using consumer equipment and free software programs. The school is a free program for people of all backgrounds, especially those who are "absolute beginners," seeking web-based training in digital skills. The course will cover how to record an interview, take pro-style photos, edit audio and create slideshows, edit a slideshow and share it on the web.
